The Foundation for Physician Advancement (FPA) courses focus on building critical knowledge and leadership skills for young surgeons to advocate for themselves and their patients.
This evening course is a discussion with the incoming and outgoing Fellows class and Chief Residents about preparing for the next step while in fellowship and shares FPA resources available to them and their colleagues to help with this transition.
The faculty represent various subspecialties, tenures, and practice models.
